Overview
Senior Property Manager - dynamic Industrial portfolio. This onsite role will oversee the day-to-day management of a blended 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles. The Property Manager works in an independent environment with support from an Assistant Property Manager and a Property Coordinator.
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr. RealREPP LLC is assisting with the recruitment for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 2.5 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly property financial reports (accruals and variance reports) and CAM reconciliations.
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts; monitor operating expenses.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy of budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations for the Asset Manager.
- Maintain strong communication with tenants and internal teams; provide high-level customer service.
- Support apartment/property operations and be comfortable working in an onsite, independent environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Real Estate License (required)
- 5 years of experience in commercial property management; industrial experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial terms and principals of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations
- Experience preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and operating expense estimates
- Experience preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Office
