Senior Manager, Executive Search @ TalentOla | Strategic Sales & Leadership Hiring
We’re looking for a senior go-to-market leader who can drive multi‑million‑dollar AI opportunities across strategic Hi‑Tech accounts. If you thrive at the intersection of enterprise AI, cloud platforms, and high‑velocity sales , this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own GTM, revenue, and pipeline for key Hi‑Tech clients
- Shape AI opportunities (LLMs, agents, copilots, automation, platform adoption)
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles + C‑suite conversations
- Co‑sell with partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Build demos, POVs, and solution blueprints with architects & engineering
- Influence product roadmap and mentor GTM pod members
What We’re Looking For:
- 10–15+ years in enterprise sales, cloud/data/AI platforms, or technical pre‑sales
- Proven multi‑million‑dollar quota success in complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps, data platforms
- Exceptional storytelling, executive presence, and hunter mindset
