Salesforce Solution Architect – Revenue Cloud

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6‑Month Contract

Rate: Up to $100/hour

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep Revenue Cloud expertise to lead a greenfield Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation for a San Francisco‑based organization. This role will define the architecture, guide delivery teams, and design scalable solutions that support complex revenue and quoting processes.

This is a hands‑on, leadership‑focused role requiring strong technical depth in complex Salesforce Flows and the ability to guide developers and administrators through a net‑new implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for a greenfield Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation, including CPQ, pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycle management
  • Design, review, and oversee complex Salesforce Flows to automate revenue operations, approvals, pricing logic, and cross‑object business processes
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and delivery teams, setting architectural standards and best practices
  • Partner closely with business and RevOps stakeholders to translate complex revenue requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Define Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and architectural frameworks to support long‑term growth and extensibility
  • Own solution documentation, technical blueprints, and architectural decision‑making throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Support release planning, deployment strategy, and overall Salesforce platform governance

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise or large‑scale implementations
  • Deep hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ, including pricing, product configuration, and contract workflows
  • Strong experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows in production environments
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and end‑to‑end revenue operations
  • Experience leading technical teams and guiding Salesforce delivery through greenfield implementations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in complex B2B or high‑volume revenue environments
  • Prior consulting or contract‑based project experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management best practices
  • Background working closely with RevOps, Finance, or Sales Operations teams
  • Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week onsite in the San Francisco office
  • Fast‑paced, collaborative delivery environment with high visibility
