Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring timely shipments. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations and a well-organized facility. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Verify product codes and quantities against order details.
• Ensure accurate picking to minimize errors.
• Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
• Maintain an organized and clean picking path and workspace.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Meet established productivity targets for order picking.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
