Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets and scanners.
- Verify picked items and quantities against order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity goals.
- Contribute to overall team success in the warehouse logistics process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
