Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced Logistics operation as an Order Picker in San Diego, California. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products to fulfill customer orders. Your key tasks will include navigating the warehouse using order lists or scanners, retrieving the correct items, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Accuracy is paramount to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires mobility and the ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting. We prioritize Safety above all else, and all Order Pickers must strictly follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will work within a dedicated team to meet picking targets and maintain the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued. Responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting pick lists or using RF scanners, locating and retrieving correct items from shelves, ensuring order accuracy, transporting picked items to the staging area, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to navigate and move quickly throughout the warehouse.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
