Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform regular lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the logistics department.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
