Listing & Operations Coordinator (Luxury Real Estate) We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Listing & Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and growing luxury real estate team. This is an in-office role in La Jolla off of Girard Ave, for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in details, and enjoys being a key part of a polished, high-performing operation.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full listing process from preparation through launch and into escrow, ensuring every detail is handled thoughtfully, accurately, and on time. You’ll work closely with the team to coordinate marketing, support client communication, and keep timelines running smoothly.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

Manage the full listing workflow from intake through escrow, including MLS input, timelines, and compliance

Coordinate photography, videography, staging, copy, and marketing materials

Oversee key deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Support open houses, broker previews, and listing launches

Communicate professionally with clients and vendors throughout the pre‑escrow phase

Assist with marketing updates, email campaigns, and listing announcements

Help coordinate social media assets and scheduling in collaboration with the team

Support client events and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate administration, listings coordination, or transaction support preferred

Strong understanding of the real estate listing and transaction process

Working knowledge of MLS systems and real estate documentation

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow‑through

Professional, confident, and service‑oriented communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment

Proficient with Google Workspace and common real estate tools

Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and problem‑solve independently

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information

Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, dependable work ethic

Compensation $20 - $28 hourly
