Ohio Responsibilities

Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products. Maintain proper call frequency with assigned targets and update as needed to align with current product focus. Stay abreast of current clinical technical literature from medical journals and other information sources. Apply CSL Behring’s patient-focused selling model with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on customer calls. Actively work with patient support groups where appropriate, following CSL Behring SOPs. Communicate pertinent marketplace issues and opportunities to the manager. Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase exposure of CSL Behring products and services. Regular travel required, which may include weekends for select customer or corporate meetings and events. Promote products and increase usage to select call points including healthcare professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Develop customer advocates for promoted products. Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through strong relationships, technical product and disease state knowledge, and solid territory management. Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve or exceed territory sales targets, including knowledge of product features/benefits, competitive offerings, and distribution channels. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences. Experience: Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience. Demonstrated history of consistent, successful achievement of sales performance. Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors is a plus. Ability to manage a large geography. Note: The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $120K - $144K. Salary may vary based on qualifications, skill level, experience, and other factors. Total compensation may include sales incentive compensation and may include equity. Benefits
