The Content Manager is responsible for managing a digital content library, assisting the post production and social video teams with time codes/selects for compilations, content logging, basic graphic design, optimization, copywriting and general YouTube channel maintenance. This manager knows the channels in and out and knows the assets, IP, content goals, and competitive landscape to take content on the channel to the next level. They ideate reactive content and support on the trend report. They may also help ideate creative content for production or platform teams. Remote Experience Good knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms and an interest in the differences between them Excellent knowledge of video storage systems Good working knowledge of video codecs and post production workflows Ability to adapt to new processes and workflows quickly Some knowledge of the YouTube and Facebook content management system and other video platforms (bonus) Experience producing social video (timecodes) Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work Team player with a hardworking flexible attitude, a good sense of humour and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment Proficiency in other languages (bonus) Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
