Drive process improvements through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Train and support other personnel in export procedures and systems
Take ownership of customer service and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years in the export industry, with 3+ years focused on documentation
Expert facilitator with strong decision‑making skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment

Experience in compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with export documentation regulations and standards
