What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create and verify export document packages (applications, health certificates, etc.)
• Ensure full regulatory compliance through daily Export Library reviews
• Drive process improvements through audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Train and support other personnel in export procedures and systems
• Take ownership of customer service and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years in the export industry, with 3+ years focused on documentation
• Expert facilitator with strong decision?making skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast?paced, detail?driven environment

• Experience in compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
