SPCSHP is seeking a Senior Art Director responsible for developing relevant, memorable, and highly creative concepts for clients, and leading the visual design and execution of all campaign elements for the brand both online and offline. The role involves working closely with a senior copywriter to maintain brand consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various creative and agency disciplines (including account, production, design, strategy, and analytics) to oversee campaigns from start to finish. Roles + Responsibilities: Lead above-the-line, activation, and social campaigns for DQ, elevating the brand within the QSR landscape. Generate creative ideas continuously. Brainstorm conceptual directions independently and as part of an integrated team. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Designers, Copywriters, and Content Strategists to revise work and refine concepts. Participate in client and internal creative review meetings, presenting work, explaining design rationale, collecting feedback, and offering solutions. Stay current on advertising campaigns, social trends, and industry technology, sharing insights with the department. Help create and maintain a strong visual brand identity. Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to ensure effective information flow. Lead productions from concept through post-production and delivery. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience at an advertising agency; experience at a digital/social agency is a plus. QSR brand experience is strongly preferred. Portfolio demonstrating conceptual capabilities across traditional, digital, social, and non-traditional mediums. Bachelor's degree in advertising, interactive, or design-related field is preferred but not required. Benefits: The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skill level, market rates, and internal equity.
