We're partnered with a rapidly scaling fintech (fresh Series A, 20% MoM growth) building industrial-grade financial tools for the companies that keep America running — contractors, manufacturers, and shippers. A modernisation of legacy onboarding platforms.
They’re now hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience and turn complex financial workflows into beautifully simple interactions.
What you’ll do
Own every screen, flow, and interaction
Build a scalable design system across web (and later mobile)
Create workflows so intuitive customers never need support
Set the design bar across product, brand, and marketing
Work directly with the founders to shape roadmap + future product lines
What they’re looking for
5+ years in Product Design
Someone who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast
Strong collaborators with strong references
Bonus: fintech, React/CSS, or formal design/art/CS background.
