Marketing Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist/Graphics Designer is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally, supporting the efforts of the Content & Multimedia Specialist and Digital Marketing. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects of design (typography, composition, color).
Edit technical and marketing documentation graphics.
Develop company imagery and deliver a powerful and consistent brand, coordinating with Marketing, Engineering and Production for maintenance of manuals and datasheets.
Develop graphic support for blogs, webpages and other technical literature.
Perform market research, create graphics, design and content; collect publicly available information to identify market segments, competitive landscape and positioning strategies (under the direction of the Director of Marketing).
Manage in‑house printing hardware for brochures and/or datasheet literature.
Perform other duties as requested by Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
Two years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Advanced knowledge of current graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Strong written communication skills.
Experience in proofreading.
Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
Demonstrated initiative.
Ability to think creatively and problem‑solve when faced with new challenges.
Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and deliver quality work efficiently.
Experience working in a B2B industry is a plus.
Familiarity with social media sharing is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing formats/dimensions (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
