Job Summary
As a key player on the TC Academy team, you will orchestrate multi‑channel campaigns, create compelling content, and leverage digital platforms to amplify our reach. You’ll collaborate with faculty, program directors, and strategic partners while steering fresh marketing approaches that drive enrollment and engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute integrated initiatives.
Manage project workflows, track deliverables, and coordinate resources.
Produce marketing content for diverse audiences including professionals, executives, educators, students, and families.
Develop creative copy and design materials for email campaigns, website content, and digital platforms.
Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Plan and support event logistics, registration, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.
Conduct market research on professional development, executive education, and lifelong learning trends.
Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and service providers.
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports for leadership.
Track and analyze KPIs, website analytics, email metrics, and social media performance.
Assist with budget tracking and reporting for TC Academy marketing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in marketing or communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with project coordination and managing multiple priorities.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Independent and collaborative organizational skills.
Familiarity with WordPress and the T4 web content management system.
Graphic design skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with marketing automation tools and the SalesForce CRM system.
Creative problem‑solving, analytical skills, interpersonal strengths, adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pre‑college, professional development, executive education, or adult learning marketing.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital advertising.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Experience with video production and multimedia content development.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive marketing practices.
Salary Range
$70,000 – $74,000
