The role drives growth by elevating how brands communicate, engage and perform across all platforms.**Main responsibilities:*** Media Strategy & Activation:* Lead integrated media planning across TV and digital channels aligned with brand goals.* Oversee paid media budgets, optimization, and performance tracking.* Convert analytics and MMM insights into actionable strategies.* Content Strategy & Development:* Collaborate with brand teams to create diverse content (video, social, editorial, long-form).* Build a content framework emphasizing quality, relevance, speed, and AI-driven processes.* Work with creative teams and publishers to deliver impactful stories.* Innovation & Digital Acceleration:* Introduce new solutions in media, content, measurement, and AI.* Spot emerging trends and turn them into opportunities.* Support digital transformation through tools, models, and data-driven methods.* Agency & Vendor Management:* Manage daily collaboration with media agencies and tech partners.* Ensure accountability and flawless campaign execution.* Market Intelligence:* Track market and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions.**About you:*** **Experience:** Solid experience in media planning, digital marketing or content strategy.* **Skills:** Strong editorial sensibility and creative mindset. Expertise in digital platforms, analytics and measurement tools. Excellent project management and relationship-building skills.
