Find out more about our mission at .***About the Job***We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Consumer Advocacy Manager to build and execute influencer partnerships that resonate with today’s health-conscious consumers. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day strategy and relationship management of lifestyle, wellness, and patient-advocate influencers who help tell our story and expand our reach.This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of consumer health engagement blending culture, content, and credibility to inspire behavior change and brand trust.***Main Responsibilities:**** Identify, vet, and activate a network of influencers in the wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and health advocacy spaces.* Develop campaign briefs that clearly communicate goals, messaging, and creative expectations.* Manage influencer outreach, contract negotiation, onboarding, content review, and campaign timelines.* Partner closely with influencers to co-create authentic content that aligns with brand voice and health claims standards.* Coordinate with internal creative and legal teams to ensure brand compliance and visual consistency.* Track key cultural trends and integrate them into influencer-driven content planning.* Monitor daily campaign performance in partnership with the Data Analytics Manager.* Provide ongoing feedback to influencers to optimize content relevance and engagement.* Prepare regular reporting summaries on reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment.* Community & Brand Building* Support always-on influencer engagement strategies, including gifting, affiliate programs, and social activations.* Foster long-term influencer relationships to strengthen brand affinity and advocacy.* Help grow our consumer health brand's social media voice by leveraging influencer storytelling.***About You:**** Bachelor’s degree* 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital brand communications.* Proven experience executing influencer campaigns in consumer health, wellness, CPG, or lifestyle sectors.* Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence).* Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.* Understanding of social media platform dynamics, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.* Familiarity with FTC guidelines, HIPAA considerations, and health-related content approvals preferred.* Passion for wellness, fitness, mental health, or preventive care topics preferred.* Experience working with affiliate or ambassador programs is a plus preferred.At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
