What We Need Responsible for supporting the Podcast Sales team. This includes sales support for strategic podcast proposals, daily communication with sales organization, and overall support of podcast talent partnerships.
Responsibilities Act as tactical support to Podcast Sales leaders (i.e. distribute key communications, help build presentations, gather research, meeting prep)
Partner with podcast sellers to strategize, pitch and close business
Work with sales development on RFP requests
Work with digital account managers in post‑sale to manage deal health and various marketing initiatives
Requirements 3+ years of Media, Project Management or Marketing experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Solution oriented
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize independently
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Attributes Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers
Knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base
Accountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members

Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and influencing skills to drive sales
Understanding of impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas
Compensation Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
$28.85 – $36.06
