Description Looking for a fun job that gets you out of the house and talking to people? This role mixes event marketing, brand ambassador work, and canvassing. We’re hiring Field Marketers / Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local events, and in neighborhoods across the San Antonio area. Your Day to Day Talk with homeowners (door-to-door outreach) Work at events, shows, festivals, and retail pop-ups Spark conversations & set appointments (no selling) Represent the brand with energy + confidence Why this is a Win, Win Paid training Fun, high-energy events Flexible schedule You will get a paycheck that grows with your results - with average earnings upwards of $70k per year No experience needed You’ll Thrive If You’re Outgoing Approachable Talkative Motivated Comfortable outdoors Great for people with experience in Brand ambassador work, event marketing, promotions, customer service, sales support, and canvassing Requirements No previous experience necessary. We provide full training! Experience in canvassing, restoration sales, in home sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability are key. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Must have a valid driver's license with valid Texas auto insurance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage). Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public. Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites, events, canvassing areas). Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials. Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
