Digital Producer (New York) role at Koto You’re an experienced Digital Producer or Digital Project Manager—meticulous with process, confident with clients, and energized by great design and technology. You’ll lead digital projects from kickoff to launch, navigating complexity with clarity and bringing teams together to do their best work. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, guide internal teams, and help deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day execution of web and app projects—working quickly, carefully, and autonomously to ensure we deliver on time and on budget. Translate brand ideas into clear digital pathways—scoping, sequencing, and structuring projects so teams can do their best work. Support pitching and business development: position Koto’s digital expertise to brand clients, new business leads, and digital‑first founders. Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams—advocating for both and communicating clearly across every touchpoint. Champion project‑management best practices, delivering a high standard of care to our clients and technical partners. Flex easily between agile and waterfall methods depending on project needs. Own project resourcing—know who’s on what, what’s next, and where we need to plan ahead. Partner closely with our Senior Resource Manager to forecast and scale. Negotiate confidently—fees, scopes, timelines, and feedback. Keep a cool head and bring clients back on‑side when the going gets tough. Report clearly on budgets, timelines, and KPIs—using our reporting tools to keep senior leadership and finance in the loop. Play an active role in tracking and supporting our monthly goals. Think in systems—understand how brand, UX, and technology connect—and help teams translate big ideas into beautifully executed digital experiences. Benefits Regular access to manager and team leads to support development and career path. Performance rewards: promotions, salary increases, and discretionary annual bonus up to 10 %. Inclusive and equitable workplace commitment. Family leave support with significant paid maternity and paternity time. 25 vacation days annually, 10+ U.S. holidays, and a full studio closure between Christmas and New Year. 401(k) with 4 % company match. Monthly employee wellness stipend via Juno. Access to YCN and funding for relevant training and development. Tenure rewards: $5,000 and five extra days off at five years, $10,000 and four weeks off at ten years. Work‑from‑anywhere opportunities across our five global studios with advanced planning. Culture We encourage teams to be ‘rationally optimistic’ about the potential of our work, clients, their businesses, and the power of brand. We pursue the best briefs, want to inspire meaningful work, and provide opportunities to make the work of their lives. Actively cultivating leadership, culture, and spaces to encourage this. We work in person with an optional WFH day on Friday and an additional two weeks of remote work per year. We believe this produces the best work, mentoring opportunities, collective learning, and culture. We encourage autonomy among team members, allowing them to manage their own time, hours, and personal commitments to complete their work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
