Dupage Machine Products is a precision contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality “turned” metal components for OEMs across industries such as hydraulic , aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, and industrial equipment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new business. Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours. Prepare and deliver sales reports Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies). Reports directly to management / ownership of the company 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities. CRM experience is plus Competitive base salary plus commission, based on experience Full Travel Reimbursement Full workstation provided onsite at manufacturing facility Health, dental, vision, and retirement plan options Supportive engineering and operations teams Opportunity to represent a high-quality, well-respected manufacturer with long-term customer partnerships
