As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new business
Conduct on‑site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours
Prepare and deliver sales reports
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies)
Report directly to management / ownership of the company
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
Proven track record of sales growth and relationship‑building
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities
CRM experience is a plus
