Fairfield Inn & Suites - Geneva, NY Finger Lakes , managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a

DRIVEN Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition

Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Prepare and present sales reports to management

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales

Proven track record of success in sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel as needed
