Business Development Representative – PCA Skin & EltaMD – Tucson, AZ
Join CP Skin Health Group as a Business Development Representative, promoting and expanding the PCA SKIN and EltaMD brands within your geographic territory. The role focuses on driving sales, growing the medical and aesthetic customer base, and managing key corporate accounts to maximize professional skin‑care treatment and product sell‑through opportunities.
Responsibilities
Travel in‑person within your territory to engage and support EltaMD and PCA SKIN accounts, building relationships to generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
Analyze sales data and business needs to assess opportunities, trends, and call activity.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with call points at locations, including physicians, nurses, business owners, spa managers, front‑desk staff, estheticians, and other supporting personnel.
Conduct product trainings and special promotional events to drive sales efforts and results, mindful of ROI.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, plan and conduct educational workshops to maintain in‑office technical knowledge and assist with selling techniques and home‑care treatment recommendations.
Support customers in marketing efforts by facilitating and attending open houses and similar in‑office events and promotions.
Schedule and route monthly in‑person account visits on an appropriate call cycle based on tiers and geography to support coverage plans and optimize business results.
Track account and sales activities, current business conditions, marketing activity, trends, and competitive information through CRM software.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and working with management.
Prospect within territory to open new accounts and grow business in these accounts.
Re‑engage former accounts, address declines, and bring them back to the brand.
Work strategically with schools to engage emerging professionals.
Represent the brand at industry trade shows and medical professional conferences.
Achieve or exceed sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis to deliver results and maximize variable compensation.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in aesthetic, medical, or beauty industry.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
A valid driver’s license (not a high‑risk driver) and reliable car.
Ability to fulfill heavy domestic travel requirement, mainly driving within geographic territory (approx. 80‑90 % of the work week) and occasional air travel for tradeshows or trainings.
Demonstrable presentation, selling, and communication skills.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Esthetician license strongly preferred.
Bilingual.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $75,000.00–$85,000.00 USD + commission. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
