Responsibilities Edit and repurpose long-form content into social-ready posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts) Turn existing ideas, drafts, footage, and concepts into organized, strategic content calendars Shape content into clear themes and pillars so the feed feels intentional, not scattered Maintain and protect brand voice across all platforms Collaborate closely with the Community Manager to ensure consistency and alignment Suggest formats, hooks, and optimizations based on performance and trends Requirements Proven experience editing and managing social content for brands (wedding, travel, or lifestyle is considered an asset.)
