Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.
