Elder Care Provider Wanted - Part Time Night Time (4 Pm 12 Am) Weekend Caregiv

Hello, I'm Cheryl, and I'm hiring a Home Health Aide for my mom, Yvonne. She's 83 years old and needs help with... Home Care: cooking and preparing meals, light cleaning, and laundry. Personal Care: wipe-ups or showering, grooming, dressing and undressing, transfers, toileting, and vitamin/medication management. Companionship: shopping, physician's appointments, physical therapy, conversation, games, and meaningful activities. I'm looking for reliable, responsible, timely, and committed caregivers to stay with our family long-term and follow what I refer to as my 3-Ps! PUNTUAL: It's essential that you are ON TIME. My mother is immobile and relies on her aides 100 percent. PRESENT: Please know that you are here to WORK, not to play on Facebook or TicToc and ignore the things that need to be done. Cell phone use should be limited to emergencies ONLY. PREPARED/PROACTIVE: Anticipate her needs and what needs to be done, at all times. I one shift available for weekends - NIGHT: Saturday 4pm to 12am and Sunday 4pm to 12am. I pay 17$ an hour by check every week.
