Assembling pre-cut wood or metal components into structural roof and floor trusses for construction, reading blueprints, using power/hand tools (hammers, nail guns, saws, tape measure), ensuring quality and safety, and working in a team to meet production goals in a manufacturing setting. Offsite truss and wall manufacturer. Focused on high-precision, digitally designed wall panels and trusses for commercial projects, aiming to improve efficiency by pre-fabricating complex structural elements. Temporary position $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Assembling pre-cut wood or metal components into structural roof and floor trusses for construction, reading blueprints, using power/hand tools (hammers, nail guns, saws, tape measure), ensuring quality and safety, and working in a team to meet production goals in a manufacturing setting. Will be working both indoors and outdoors. Work pants, non slip safety toe shoes required. They will provide gloves, vest, hard hat, and glasses. Will be standing most of the shift and lifting heavy pieces of wood. The schedule is Monday-Friday. 1st shift is 6:00am-2:30 pm and 2nd shift is 2:30 pm-11:00 pm. Must know how to read a tape measure Previous experience is preferred but not required.
