A long-standing and respected manufacturing operation in Pillager, MN, is hiring a full-time, seasonal Truss Builder to support the production of high-quality wood roof and floor trusses. Known for combining computer-aided design with innovative manufacturing practices, this team takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and getting the job done right. 2:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Temporary Position This position offers steady first-shift hours, weekly pay, and the chance to earn daily board footage bonus pay based on production. You'll be part of a supportive work environment where teamwork matters and effort is recognized.
