Job Summary Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to support leaders and employees across a complex, fast‑paced environment. This contract position is expected to continue for at least 3 months and requires a hybrid schedule with at least some time on‑site in Belmont, MA.

Base Pay Range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

Conduct confidential workplace investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct

Consult with leaders on performance management, corrective action, and employment decisions

Manage ADA, religious, and pregnancy accommodation requests

Provide guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution

Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee & Labor Relations, and Legal on complex matters

Utilize HR case management systems (HR Acuity, Workday) to document and analyze cases and trends

Job Qualifications

At least 3‑5 years of Employee Relations experience, preferred experience in the healthcare industry and union experience

Experience leading workplace investigations

Strong consultation experience supporting managers with corrective action and performance improvement

Experience managing ADA and religious accommodations

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and judgment skills
