North Texas Tollway Authority Job Summary: The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst administers compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, wellness programs, and related human resources information systems, legislative updates, documents, and records for the organization. This position is responsible for monitoring, reporting benefits, compensation, wellness metrics, budget, legislative updates, and contract management activities. The role involves developing, upgrading, and revising salary plans, administering pay-for-performance programs, conducting market salary studies, and developing and analyzing job descriptions to make salary recommendations. Job Duties: Develops and implements effective compensation programs, including base pay salary grades, job analysis, and other related functions. Creates and updates job descriptions to reflect current work responsibilities. Coordinates compensation studies, surveys, and pay-for-performance evaluations. Provides guidance to HR Generalists and managers on compensation matters, including salary justifications and market adjustments. Analyzes market data to ensure competitive salary ranges and supports related projects. Maintains accurate compensation data in HRIS, including regular audits. Coordinates benefits enrollment, wellness events, and vendor visits with the Benefits team. Analyzes compensation and benefits data for trends and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborates with HR leadership on total rewards strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Assists with benefit plan administration, including payroll reconciliation and legislative compliance. Supports employee inquiries regarding benefits and delivers new hire orientation. Coordinates HRIS activities related to compensation and benefits systems. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
