Job Description
Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell.
Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established processes and procedures.
Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to quality requirements.
Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression.
Perform any and all required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or check during or after final seal and/or seal progression.
Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments.
Report and/or investigate job handicaps such as errors, assembly procedures, tools, sequences, etc.
Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels.
Document any discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure.
Temporarily attach parts and/or assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking.
Integral Fuel Cell Sealing – apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.
Additionally, the employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform one or more of the following: Sealer – Major Assembly / Large structure sealing / Aerodynamic seal.

Qualifications
Must be eligible for rehire at BOEING.
Require 5+ years of sealer experience in the aerospace industry (other industries not considered).
Position subject to ITAR regulations; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFT.
Training will take place in Wichita, KS – offering hotel reimbursement for training only while in Wichita.
$119 weekly per diem.
3‑month contract.
