We’re hiring a
Business Development Representative
to help grow our commercial portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth with the backing of a proven, family-owned company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and grow LEI’s commercial landscape and snow business in the Billerica region
Prospect, network, and build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and commercial clients
Conduct site walks to gather accurate scope details and identify opportunities
Prepare and coordinate proposals for maintenance, enhancements, and snow services
Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline aligned with company goals
Work closely with estimating and operations to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts
Attend industry events, walkthroughs, and client meetings to expand LEI’s presence
Use LEI’s CRM and systems to track activity, follow-ups, and performance
What We’re Looking For
Business development or sales experience in landscaping, snow, facilities, property management, or a related field
Strong communication skills and a professional, confident presence
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Ability to understand scopes of work and problem-solve in the field
Team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Reliable and accountable, especially when managing multiple opportunities
