We’re hiring an
Account Manager
to own client relationships, oversee service delivery, and support day-to-day operations across both landscape and snow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems quickly, and can balance customer expectations with real-world operational demands.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial landscape and snow accounts
Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions, identify needs, and recommend improvements
Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to LEI standards
Support snow operations, including storm preparation, site readiness, event check-ins, and post-storm reporting
Maintain accurate service notes, documentation, budgets, and seasonal plans
Communicate proactively with clients to address concerns, set expectations, and build long-term relationships
Partner with the Billerica leadership team to help grow and shape this new branch
What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial landscaping, snow operations, property management, or a related field preferred
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple sites, schedules, and priorities at once
Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts
A problem-solver who can move quickly, especially during weather events
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in wherever needed
