Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Enterprise Product Manager.

What You Will Be Doing: This role involves owning multiple or complex digital products from conception through launch and retirement, bridging the technical and business worlds. You will design digital products that enable key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science, and product delivery teams. You will develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex ecosystem of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply product management expertise to an engineering squad whose product offerings cater to multiple business units and with broad business impact.

Understand and contribute to the broader business strategy, end‑user needs, market, and competitive conditions, distilling this information into a digital product vision.

Lead and engage others in continuous discovery activities to evolve the digital product strategy.

Make decisions regarding product roadmaps and prioritize items on the backlog, leveraging a deep understanding of business and technical dependencies while balancing interests from multiple business units.

Be responsible for the content and quality of product releases, including testing and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with other teams to establish launch plans that ensure usage and adoption across multiple business units globally.

Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Ensure appropriate documentation is created to launch and support digital products.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 7 years of experience as a product manager, business analyst, or similar role, or a minimum of 11 years of equivalent industry experience.

2+ years of experience in agile software delivery.

2+ years of experience managing or maintaining products related to statistical analyses such as outlier detection and analysis of variance.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Strong analytical, management, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, working in a cross‑functional team, and building relationships with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Experience in building product vision, product roadmap, product strategy, and competitive analysis.

Experience interacting with software services (e.g., API calls) and databases (e.g., SQL queries).

Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience leading product management for a complex, multi‑business unit or global product ecosystem.

Proven track record in driving successful product launches that emphasize usage and adoption.

Advanced professional certification in Agile/Scrum product methodologies.

Advanced degree (e.g., M.S. or MBA) in a relevant technical or business field.

Pay: $73.50 - $105.00 /hr.
