TechDigital Group
Accelerate safe, compliant adoption of agentic AI at Client by:
Improving and operationalizing SDLC policy and guidance for agents
Running day-to-day operations of the Digital SDLC pipeline for agent releases
Ramping Agent Engagement and product discovery so new agent use cases can move from idea to production with clear value and minimal friction
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Improve the SDLC policy and guidance with agents at Client: Author clarifications, playbooks, and examples that address today's adoption roadblocks; align with Enterprise Architecture, ITRMS, Privacy, and value-team partners; and ensure CMDB/DSDLC alignment for agents.
Operations for our own SDLC pipeline: Own change records, approvals, and release communications for agent product (agentGPTeal), including versioning, evidence collation, and gating across lower to production environments.
Ramping up Agent Engagement and product discovery efforts: Run discovery sessions, stakeholder questionnaires, and value hypotheses; maintain the engagement rhythm with product teams and portfolio stakeholders; and translate findings into user stories and release plans.
Advise teams on approvals & governance: Serve as point of contact for Agent approvals and SDLC/DSDLC approvals, ensuring consistent interpretation and throughput.
Backlog & release readiness: Facilitate backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and test evidence (integration/UAT) needed for go-lives; coordinate CAB/exception handling only when warranted by process and capacity.
Enablement & training: Coordinate onboarding, contributor training, and launchpad/sandbox workflows that reduce time-to-first-deployment for new teams.
Metrics & reporting: Partner with Platform and Product to improve telemetry and dashboards for agent usage and releases; advocate for ethical, privacy-preserving analytics (aggregate, non-PII).
Required Qualifications
Business Analyst (BA) background Hands-on experience with product operating rhythms, artifacts (charters, timelines), and partner teams
SDLC / Digital SDLC execution for agents: Demonstrated ownership of Digital SDLC deliverables, approvals, and cross-team coordination for agent releases.
Agent product lifecycle: Experience spanning discovery to delivery for agent workstreams, including documentation, stakeholder questionnaires, solution proposals, and enablement materials.
Collaboration in GenAI agent management: Operates within the GenAI agent management function; skilled in automation practices that show up in agentic workflows.
Strong facilitation across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Business teams; excellent written communication (policies, approvals, release notes).
Preferred Experience
Participation in recurring forums such as API / Agent Team Sync, roadmap readouts, and Daily Scrum ceremonies, demonstrating rhythm with our platform and product teams.
Co-authoring / authoring solution and demo materials and leading UAT/notes for initiatives like SAP Cortex.
Ways of Working
Embedded with the product & platform teams; participates in sprint ceremonies and cross-team syncs (e.g., Platform/Agent Weekly Sync).
Partners with data/telemetry owners to improve agent usage reporting while maintaining privacy safeguards.
Coordinates approval evidence (integration/UAT) and communicates go-live readiness; escalates only per governance.
Compliance & Security Expectations
Adheres to Client Digital SDLC, AI Impact Assessment (AI IA) practices, and data protection constraints.
Works with Architecture, Security, and Privacy when external models or vendors are in scope.
