Your main tasks:·
You are **an experienced leader** – You have at least 5 years of experience managing a large operational unit in a production or logistics environment.·
You thrive on **developing people** – With your strong leadership and coaching skills, you help your teams grow and work independently.·
You are **a driving force for change** – You identify optimization opportunities and have experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.·
