As aProduct Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, andoptimizing products and services that meet the needs of our B2B customers andalign with bpost’s strategic priorities. You will oversee the full productlifecycle, ensuring that our solutions bring value to customers, empower fieldagents, and achieve business objectives.

As Product Manager, you will play a central role infostering this collaboration and making sure the squad delivers maximum valuefor our customers and the business.Your responsibilities:
Support and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into concrete product features and user stories.
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage work.
Ensure effective coordination between business, IT, and operational teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.* Master’s degree or equivalent experience.* Experience in product development and agile methodologies.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Customer-centric mindset with experience in user testing and validation.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations).* Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.Like a long-awaited parcel, we want to make you feel welcome and valued.
