Property Management - Senior Property Manager
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for management of a residential property portfolio, delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with confidence and care.
You will act as a trusted advisor to landlords, providing clear guidance, proactive communication, and sound property management expertise.
This is a senior role within the team, suited to someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their portfolio, and contributes positively to team culture. You will work closely with colleagues across property management, leasing, and business development, and play a key role in retaining and growing our management base through strong client relationships and referrals.
Responsibilities include:
Managing residential property portfolio in line with legislative and company requirements
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive, clear communication
Overseeing maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and managing contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes
Conducting outgoing condition reports, and managing bond processes
Managing rental arrears and breaches with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
Ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation, safety requirements, and internal standards
Resolving issues and disputes efficiently, escalating matters where appropriate and ensuring consistent follow-up
Maintaining accurate records and documentation within property management systems
Contributing to the retention and growth of the management portfolio through strong client care, referrals, and service excellence
Leading by example and contributing positively to team culture, supporting offshore and junior team members where required
