Position Summary As an associate in the TBC area, you will be responsible for supporting sales and service requests, fostering a safe and efficient customer experience, and collaborating with your teammates.

Responsibilities

Be a Team Member – Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills to provide safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert – Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and Point of Sale systems, telephone, and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie – Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.

Be an Owner – Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, works hands‑on in the physical area, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints and safety hazards, completes paperwork and documentation, ensures merchandise packaging, labeling and storage, identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions, resolves issues and concerns.

Be a Talent Ambassador – Advocates brand, values member experience in the TBC area, models high‑quality service and products, develops, influences and inspires others with a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style, understands roadblocks and assists in training team members.

Adheres to company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity, implements action plans using the Open Door Policy, and supports a drug‑free workplace.

Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.

Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

Minimum age 18 years.

Auto service industry experience and retail experience (Preferred).
