Investor Support Specialist (Unlicensed) , helping both accredited and non-accredited investors invest in startups through a unique combination of crowdfunding and venture capital.
Your Role at MicroVentures:
You will provide an exceptional client experience to our investors through chat, email, and phone channels. During a typical day you will:
Build strong relationships by educating clients on the investment process and answering any questions during the lifetime of the investment.
Problem‑solve current client issues to meet immediate needs and identify opportunities to enhance future interactions.
Collaborate with your team to solve problems our clients face and improve the systems and processes used by MicroVentures.

What Your First Year Looks Like:
Phase 1:
Learn the foundations of the position through a dynamic training program; acquire FINRA Series 7 and 63 as a condition of employment; receive weekly coaching (shadow sessions, role‑plays, chat/email reviews); implement training by assisting clients via chat, email, and inbound phone calls.
Phase 2:
After licensing, complete tier 2 training and weekly coaching; work with high‑net‑worth accredited investors to ensure a smooth investment process.
Phase 3:
Ongoing training and coaching to develop skills for outbound calls discussing current offerings or existing portfolios; master your craft and nurture entrepreneurial spirit.
What MicroVentures Does for You:
Study materials and sponsorship for SIE, Series 7 & 63.
401(k) match: 100 % match on first 5 %, 50 % on next 5 %.
