Duties and Responsibilities
Provides general administrative support to Sales and leads various trainings for the sales team.
Handles sales contract management with Contracts and Finance, including revisions, leasing, and post‑installation contracts.
Prepares and distributes pricing proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with standard pricing, special programs, and Sales Plan Quota calculations.
Maintains sales territory, prospective target data, and Salesforce.com CRM compliance; performs territory analysis as requested.
Manages data and reporting for the sales team.
Acts as the primary point of contact for all departments, supporting Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Products Team, and Marketing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in related functions such as Sales, proposal and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; experience with Salesforce.com CRM, GoCloudz quoting, and SAP or similar is preferred.
Strong ability to handle requests and inquiries with little direction.
Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and prioritization of multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential pricing information appropriately.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
For most roles, BD requires a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain culture of excellence and smooth operations. Depending on the role, remote or field‑based arrangements may apply. For certain roles, employment is contingent upon vaccination against COVID‑19 as required.
