Business Operations and Pricing Analyst BD Nogales Norte is seeking a Business Operations and Pricing Analyst to support our Sales team in the North Carolina region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides general administrative support to Sales, including leading various trainings for the sales team.

Manages sales contracts in conjunction with Contracts and Finance, including requests for contracts, revisions/amendments, and collaboration with third‑party leasing companies. Handles collection of necessary financing documents and special leasing terms, and collaborates with Account Management for post‑installation contracts.

Prepares and distributes pricing proposals and contracts. Ensures compliance amongst the sales team to standard pricing and special programs, including buying groups. Calculates sales plan quota and obtains approval from internal teams for pricing discounts and special requests.

Makes territory analysis and maintains sales territory data, ensuring timely compliance with Salesforce.com CRM.

Manages data and reporting for the sales team.

Acts as the primary point of contact for all departments with questions – Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Products Team, Marketing, and more.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years in related functions such as sales, proposal and contract administration, or remote sales support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; fluency in Salesforce.com CRM, GoCloudz quoting, SAP or similar (preferred).

Strong ability to handle requests and inquiries with little direction, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; a self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems.

Workplace Flexibility BD supports on‑site collaboration and requires a minimum of 4 days in‑office per week for most roles. Remote or field‑based positions will be indicated in the posting. Certain roles require proof of COVID‑19 vaccination; accommodation requests are considered under applicable law.
