About the Role As a
Service Advisor at EVen Better , you will be the primary point of contact for electric vehicle owners throughout the repair process. Many of our customers drive
Tesla, Rivian, and other OEM-certified EV platforms , and they expect knowledgeable guidance, empathy, and confidence in every interaction.
In this role, you will:
Guide EV customers through the repair process with professionalism, empathy, and technical understanding
Write and manage repair plans aligned with OEM EV certification requirements
Coordinate with technicians, parts, and leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient repairs
Provide proactive, transparent updates throughout the repair lifecycle
Ensure estimates, documentation, and photos meet OEM and DRP standards
Deliver vehicles back to customers with clarity, confidence, and pride
This is a high-visibility role for someone who understands EV repair complexity and enjoys being a trusted expert during a stressful customer moment.
What You Bring
Prior Service Advisor experience in a collision repair environment
Direct experience working with
Tesla, Rivian, or other OEM EV-certified body shops strongly preferred
Strong understanding of EV repair workflows, documentation, and safety requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

Requirements
The position is based in a normal shop environment. Daily activity may consist of physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds as well as sitting and standing for extended periods of time during the estimating and disassembly process. The working environment consists of; exposure to fumes, chemicals and dust, along with high levels of noise and subjectivity to weather conditions both inside and outside. In addition, regular exposure to work near mechanical parts. Better Collision emphasizes a mandatory requirement to wear protective equipment when necessary. Visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned is a must.
