Property Manager
CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. is seeking an experienced Property Manager with Real Page proficiency.
Job Description Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing data and operational reports. Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring timely collection of rent and fees, preparing monthly financial status reports. Approves vendor invoices, reconciles work performed, codes charges, manages communication between vendor, accounting and client/owner. Controls expenditures within approved budget. Oversees lease enforcement, approves resident applications, conducts periodic inspections, follows notice requirements, evicts residents, collects late fees per lease terms. Analyzes market trends, implements short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies. Promotes resident satisfaction, resolves service requests, ensures maintenance team compliance. Conducts property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance. Supervises property staff, hires, trains and manages performance. Manages client/owner relationships, provides updates, responds to requests. Promotes positive image of the community and management company.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Driver’s License
Real Page experience required
