experienced leaders
to join our team as
Resident Managers
for our 8-bed CBRF senior care homes in Waukesha and New Berlin. If you have supervisory experience and a passion for making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
Oversee daily operations of the home
Monitor and implement Care Plans
Assist residents with personal care, medications, and daily activities
Coordinate and transport residents to medical appointments
Ensure compliance with DHS Regulations
Maintain accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
Leadership or supervisory experience required (must be listed on resume)
CBRF Certification preferred
Experience in assisted living or direct care
Ability to use a computer for all documentation including MARs and Care Plans
Acceptable background check and valid driver's license are required
