This role requires an ACTIVE Idaho Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license.
Licensing:
Active NMLS license in good standing in Idaho. Candidates awaiting licensure or unlicensed will not be considered.
Production Volume:
Closed a verifiable minimum of
$500,000/month in loan volume
($6M+ annually) in the last 12 months.
Source of Business:
Must be a
100% self-generating Loan Officer
with an established, active referral network. Leads are
not provided .
Experience:
Minimum of
3+ years continuous, verifiable origination experience .
Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture professional relationships to generate consistent new business
Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and conditions for residential mortgage loans
Identify and resolve challenges throughout the loan process for a smooth client experience
Guide customers from application to closing
Stay up-to-date with origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting, closing requirements, and Idaho-specific regulations
Who Thrives in This Role
Consistently close $500,000+ in monthly loan volume
Have a stable career history (1–2 moves in 3–5 years)
Maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, builders, CPAs, and financial planners
