A leading global insurance group is seeking to hire an M&A Underwriter as it continues to expand its transactional risk offering.
Responsibilities:
Assess and structure reps & warranties policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions.
Underwrite rep & warranty policies and evaluate exposure and risk.
Work closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams, placing you at the heart of high-value international M&A activity.
Qualifications:
US qualified corporate attorney with interest in more strategic and commercial responsibility.
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00
