Role Description This is a hybrid, full‑time position based in Boise, ID. The Commercial Property Sales Manager will be responsible for driving facility sales to commercial property managers and managing client relationships, as well as serving as a liaison between clients and the service team. The role requires a strategic approach to sales management and outstanding communication skills to deliver exceptional client interactions and results.
Responsibilities
Developing business plans
Engaging with new and existing customers
Managing sales pipelines
Fostering strong relationships with property owners and managers
Qualifications Polished and Professional Image
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in commercial property management or building services is an advantage
